3. Donation and Payment Information
When users make donations through the application, payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment service providers. We do not store complete card details, banking credentials, or sensitive payment information on our servers. Payment data is processed securely in accordance with applicable security standards.
4. Device Permissions & Security
Our system requests local storage permissions strictly for compiling and storing monthly financial statements or ledgers directly on your device. Biometric access (fingerprint/Face ID) parameters remain strictly encrypted inside your device hardware keychain matrix and are never transmitted to our backend microservices.
5. Data Retention & Erasure
We retain your information as long as your user account remains active inside the Welfare Society dashboard stack. Users maintain full rights to request profile restriction or absolute content erasure by initiating communication directly through the Help & Support module.
Account Deletion Request Notice: Users may submit a formal deletion request through the Help & Support section available within the application. Upon verification, eligible account information will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period, subject to statutory legal and operational compliance requirements.
